Bell Trace History
Bell Trace Campus

Bell Trace first broke ground in 1996 and since then the campus has been continually updated and improved.

Gaston House Formerly the location of the Gaston House, CarDon purchased the plot of land to build what is now Bell Trace.
Break Ground CarDon broke ground on the site and began construction on the main apartment building.
Gaston House Construction begins on the first cottage home.
Cottage Open First cottage is completed and is used as the Bell Trace marketing office.
Construction Cottage and apartment building construction continues. By fall 2001, Bell Trace has 31 independent living cottages built on the community’s property.
November 2, 1998 The Bell Trace apartment building opens its doors to residents. This building has 72 apartments with 17 floor plans to choose from.
march 1999 The 42-studio apartment Assisted Living wing opens as an addition to the Independent Apartments.
2002 Bell Trace expands its Assisted Living Dining Room and added a beautiful sunroom.



2006
Bell Trace removed the Gaston House from the property and added 27 apartments and expanded The Bistro dining area.

Since 2000, Bell Trace Health and Living Center has served rehabilitation and long term nursing care residents.

July 2000
The 42-bed Bell Trace licensed Health & Living Center opens.

2001
The Health and Living Center adds a rehabilitation Center, full dining room for its residents as well as a therapy gym.

2007
Bell Trace Health and Living Center expands again. 30 beds and a therapy gym are added to the rehabilitation center.

2010
The Health and Living Center adds 14 new private rehabilitation suites totaling 80 licensed beds to serve short and long-term residents.
