Located on the beautiful 15-acre Bell Trace campus, the Bell Trace Health and Living Center offers comprehensive skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services. Our nursing services help residents and their families maximize quality of life while caring for medical and non-medical needs. Bell Trace’s rehabilitation program is focused on inpatient and outpatient short-term rehabilitation and is designed for the patient who needs temporary assistance following illness or injury.
