Physical and Occupational Services
Gym
Physical and Occupational therapy is offered to Bell Trace residents on the lower level of the main building. With a physicians order, Medicare Part B usually covers outpatient therapy services with additional coverage either paid privately or by supplemental insurance.

Bell Trace’s physical therapists will work with residents to improve balance, mobility, strength and overall fitness. Improving upon these factors can benefit older adults because each contributes to the physical ability to maintain independence and decrease falls.

Occupational therapists work with residents to regain important skills after an illness, injury, or because of physical and psychological changes related to the aging process. These skills can range from dressing and bathing to cooking and housekeeping.
