Resident PaintingActivity programming at Bell Trace is designed to support the concept of active aging which as defined by the World Health Organization is being actively engaged physically, socially, culturally, cognitively and spiritually. This approach to programming also reflects the wellness paradigm of health as a holistic balance of the physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual aspects of the human condition.

Our activities fall into one of five categories based on the definition of active aging.

  • Cognitive Activities
  • Physical Activities
  • Social/Emotional Activities
  • Cultural Activities
  • Spiritual Activities
