Independent Living residents have the option of living in a cottage or in an apartment home.
Located along the perimeter of the campus are the Independent Living cottages. The Cottages include a brick exterior and are available in two and three bedroom floor plans. Cottage services include interior and exterior maintenance, bi-monthly housekeeping, trash removal, and a 24-hour emergency response system.
Private one and two bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens are an alternative to independent cottage living. Apartment living includes 24 hour emergency response system, weekly housekeeping, restaurant-style dining, and utilities (except telephone and cable).
Independent Living residents enjoy the activities and community amenities while maintaining their privacy and independence as well as having the security and convenience of care.
